La Habra criminal lawyerThe husband of an Orange County probation officer has been arrested and charged with running a marijuana-growing operation out of the couple’s home. Carlisha Lakwan Davis was a former chief probation and parole officer for Orange County. She was arrested in December 2013 on charges of felony manufacturing marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling for the manufacture, sell or delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

A break-in at the couple’s home began the investigation in June 2013, but law enforcement officials waited to build a solid case before arresting Davis December 9.  Now that her husband, Feltus Juan Jones, has been arrested, officials consider the case closed.
