Irvine California criminal defense attorneyPolice are searching for two men in separate armed robberies in the Old Town portion of Seal Beach last week.

Detectives say a male victim was approached by two men on Central Avenue between 7th and 8th Street. When they demanded money at gunpoint, the victim said he didn’t have anything on him. That’s when the armed suspects hit him in the face and fled with his iPhone. The victim described the two men as black males their 30s.

Earlier that evening, a suspect entered the AT&T store on Seal Beach Boulevard and robbed the store at gunpoint. He had a black automatic handgun and ordered all the employees on the floor. The store manager went with him to the back and filled a black plastic bag with iPhones and iPads. The robber then left the store on foot.

The crimes took place at opposite ends of Seal Beach, and police do not believe they are related.
