tustin criminal lawyerA Westminster man is wanted, and on the run, after a brutal attack on his wife and daughter in a shocking case of domestic violence in late January 2014. Rodolfo “Rudy” Cisneros dragged his wife into the bathroom, beat her, assaulted her, and then escaped from the home when police arrived. The couple’s 13-year-old daughter called police to the scene.

The couple’s four children were in the home sleeping during the altercation. The oldest child awoke when she heard her mother screaming and attempted to stop the attack. She was beaten by her father and locked in another room of the house. She escaped to a neighbor’s house and the neighbor called 9-1-1. The home’s telephone lines were disabled, leading police to believe Cisneros planned the attack in advance.

The mother’s injuries were so severe they required reconstructive surgery to her face. A warrant for Cisneros has been issued for attempted murder, torture and other felony counts. Police have warned the public that he is considered armed and dangerous.
