A serial bank robber who never used a weapon or injured anyone during his crimes received a 90-year sentence in for his crimes at sentencing. Before the latest two crimes, David Hill, 54 years old, had five previous convictions for bank robbery. Hill also served time for burglary and car theft in the 1980s. In
