The shooter who killed eight and injured one in a Seal Beach salon may plead guilty in the mass shooting case. Scott Dekraai entered the Salon Meritage on October 12, 2011, where is ex-wife Michelle, was working at the time. Dekraai fired six shots, and was wearing body armor and cargo pants with additional magazines
